Job Summary
RN Case Manager provides hospice nursing care to patients under an organized caseload, maintaining about 20 patients with an average of 4 patients per day. The role requires a Georgia RN license and a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule without on-call, night, or weekend shifts. The position prefers hospice or palliative care experience but will consider related medical-surgical, oncology, or nursing-home backgrounds.
