Job Summary
Provide nursing care to terminally ill patients within Hospice, coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic support. Administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and promptly report changes to the Hospice Clinical Director. Complete clinical charting using Kinnser on company devices; ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines. Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles while working in the field with strong back-office support to enable focused patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License to practice in the State of California
- Minimum of 1 year of previous nursing experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
