Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in the New Kensington, PA area by performing comprehensive patient assessments, managing symptoms, and creating individualized end-of-life care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to educate and support patients and families while ensuring thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Travel to patient homes within your assigned territory, spending approximately 20% of your day driving, and work independently while maintaining high-quality clinical expertise. This role offers a $10,000 first-year success bonus and includes a fleet vehicle program, with a preference for candidates possessing two years of RN experience and specific hospice background.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
- Two years of RN experience
- Current driver's license
- Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen
