Job Summary
Hospice Registered Nurse providing management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based hospice environment. Requires an active RN license in the work state, an associate degree or higher, and typically two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred). Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to spend ~20% of the day driving to patient locations. Familiarity with tablets/mobile devices and EMR software is needed to document care. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) in Middleburg, PA, with a focus on compassionate, timely charting and patient care; includes a comprehensive benefits package and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred)
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
- Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Ability to self-manage time and schedule
