Job Summary
Hospice Registered Nurse delivering and coordinating patient care plans in a team-based home health and hospice setting; requires RN license in the work state, an Associate degree or higher in Nursing, and ~20% daily driving to patient locations. Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing

- Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
