Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager

Enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones by building trusting, compassionate relationships and empowering caregivers with education on care. Collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity to those managing advanced illnesses. Maintain an RN license in the state of employment with two years of nursing experience, with hospice experience preferred. Hold a current driver's license and CPR/BCLS certification. Work within Compassus's continuum of integrated home-based services, partnering with health systems and long-term care providers to deliver exceptional care at home.
