Seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide professional nursing care for terminally ill patients. Requires RN license, BSN preferred, with experience in hospice care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Minimum of one year’s experience as an RN
- Must have no less than six months experience in acute care setting

- Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families
