Job Summary
Provide patient assessments and monitor health status in a hospice/home-based setting while leveraging AI-assisted documentation to streamline notes and maintain hands-on, compassionate care. Ensure care plans comply with regulatory standards and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support quality of life for patients and families. Role emphasizes nursing foundation (RN licensure, CPR, 1+ year experience) within hospice/palliative care, documentation optimization via AI tools, and adherence to care standards. Must hold an active RN license in WA and possess a bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing; compensation reflects base pay with potential additional incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience
