Job Summary
Assess physical, emotional, and spiritual patient needs to develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments while managing pain and symptoms to improve quality of life. Educate and support families regarding disease processes, care options, and end-of-life decisions. Manage your own schedule to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions regarding patient care. Requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in palliative care, hospice, or oncology.
