Hospice Registered Nurse

Conduct as-needed nursing visits and on-call coverage for patients and families in private residences and residential care communities across Southeast Wisconsin. Perform symptom management, comfort care, change-in-condition assessments, urgent visits, and death pronouncements based on patient needs and geographic location. Coordinate field-based care efficiently while maintaining strong clinical judgment and communication skills. This flexible PRN role offers competitive hourly pay, additional compensation for on-call visits, and comprehensive hospice education and training. No prior hospice experience is required; the team provides ongoing support to help new nurses succeed in end-of-life care.
