Job Summary
Hospice PRN Registered Nurse needed to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include administration of medications and treatments per the physician's plan of care, comprehensive assessment, coordinating the plan of care with multiple disciplines, observation and reporting on patient status, participation in weekly Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, maintaining documentation in the agency system, and submitting required clinical documentation and time records. Weekend and holidays coverage as needed. Requires CT RN license and graduation from an accredited RN program; 1-2 years of RN experience; hospice experience strongly desired; basic knowledge of iOS. Per diem role with competitive compensation and benefits including 401(k), mileage reimbursement, health insurance, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Registered Nurse Licensed in the state of employment.
- At least 1-2 years of RN experience is a MUST
- Previous Hospice care strongly desired
- Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
