Job Summary
Conduct compassionate, field-based patient care and family support across patient homes and facilities throughout the Zanesville and Dayton service regions. Deliver comfort and dignity while accurately documenting services in electronic medical records. Maintain a valid Ohio driver's license, pass criminal background checks, and operate company-provided technology during varied day shift hours. This PRN traveling float position offers mileage reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and a culture that values every moment of care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a safe driving record and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and 10 panel drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide (preferred, but will train internally)
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Aide (CHPNA) certification preferred
