Job Summary
Part-time Hospice Physician sought to provide comprehensive end-of-life care at The Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY. Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physicians, with a preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians. Join a well-respected hospice program within Northwell Health’s Hospice Care Network, offering a high-quality, patient- and family-centered environment in a not-for-profit setting. The role focuses on delivering compassionate end-of-life care in a dedicated hospice facility with strong clinical and collaborative practice across specialties.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine OR Palliative Medicine OR Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO with medical licensure to practice in New York
- Willingness to practice hospice and end-of-life care in a hospital-affiliated hospice setting
