Job Summary
Provide comprehensive end-of-life care as a part-time Hospice Physician at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY within Northwell Health's hospice program. Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine physicians, with a preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians. Practice in a high-quality, professional environment with not-for-profit affiliation and Hospice Inn amenities designed to support patients and families. The role involves delivering specialized hospice care and collaborating within the broader Northwell Health system.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO license to practice in NY
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine)
