Job Summary
Provide comprehensive end-of-life care as part of Northwell Health’s Hospice Care Network in a Part-time Hospice Physician role at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY. Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine physicians, with a preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality end-of-life care, symptom management, advance care planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families in a compassionate, non-hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
