Job Summary
Join Northwell Health’s Hospice Care Network as a Part-time Hospice Physician at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY. Provide comprehensive end-of-life care in a high-quality, professional environment. Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine physicians, with a preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians. The Hospice Inn offers a comfortable, non-hospital setting designed to support patients transitioning from hospital to home or in the final stages of illness; the role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a well-established program.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or eligibility in Geriatric Medicine or Palliative Medicine preferred
- BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physicians accepted
