Job Summary
Hospice Physician needed to join Northwell Health's Hospice Care Network as a Part-time clinician at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY. Open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine physicians with a preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine training. Provide comprehensive end-of-life care in a high-quality, professional environment within a Joint Commission-accredited not-for-profit healthcare organization. The Hospice Inn offers a compassionate, home-like setting with private rooms and family amenities, serving patients transitioning from hospital to home or in the final stages of illness. Northwell Health is a large health system with extensive clinical and academic affiliations; the role includes engagement in specialized patient care and involvement in physician recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine Physicians
- preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians
