Job Summary
Hospice Physician sought for a Part-time role at The Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY to provide comprehensive end-of-life care in a high-quality, professional environment. Preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians. Eligible BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Northwell Health is an established not-for-profit health system with Joint Commission accreditation; opportunity includes working within a dedicated hospice program and supporting patients transitioning from hospital to home or in the final stages of illness.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine preferred
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Physician license to practice in NY or eligible
- End-of-life care experience preferred
- Not-for-profit healthcare environment experience preferred
