Job Summary
Provide compassionate hospice care to patients and support families in home and facility settings. Field-based role requiring travel throughout the Dayton/Huber Heights area, working with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comfort, dignity, and peace. Duties include delivering patient care, documenting services in electronic medical records, and supporting families. This full-time role offers mileage reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth; requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Training may be provided for CNA and CHPNA certifications, and Ohio’s Hospice supports continuing education and development.
