Hospice – Patient Care Manager (RN)

Supervise and direct all clinical services in the absence of the Clinical Director while partnering with other Patient Care Managers to prepare staff for state surveys, instructing them on conduct and disclosure, and implementing immediate correction plans for noted issues. Manage administrative on-call rotations approximately 1.3 weeks and coordinate field travel when necessary. Maintain current Basic Life Support certification and ensure reliable transportation with valid driver's license and liability insurance. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 in an in-office setting.
