Job Summary
Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician for Medical Director role in Central Florida. In-patient unit leadership with approximately one weekend of call per month. Office hours Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00. Population primarily Medicare (92%), IPU volume up to 24 patients. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree in Medicine
- Board-certified or eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida or eligible for licensure in Florida
- Experience in hospice/palliative care leadership preferred
- Ability to manage inpatient unit operations and coordinate patient care
