Job Summary
Generate referrals for the hospice program by building relationships with social workers, case managers, wellness directors, physicians, and key decision-makers. Conduct market analysis, develop sales strategies and quarterly goals, execute sales calls, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activity. This role expands business opportunities in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician offices within the Richmond (Henrico County) territory. Success requires a minimum of three years in healthcare marketing or sales, with a preference for hospice experience and a clinical background. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of recent healthcare marketing/sales experience
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
- Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Skills and basic knowledge of iOS operating system
