Job Summary
On-call Hospice RN providing overnight and weekend home visits in PA with 5pm-8:30am weekday hours and 24-hour weekend shifts; responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, treatments, monitoring client conditions, following doctors' orders, documenting care and orders, conducting client assessments, and travel to cases within designated geographic territories. Requires PA RN license, clinical experience, and ability to travel; collaborates with a multi-disciplinary health care team to support at-home hospice/palliative care.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in PA
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
