Job Summary
Delivery of patient care by a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a hospice/palliative setting, including ADL support (bathing, transfers, feeding, toileting), vital signs, wound care, ostomy care, oxygen therapy setup, and infection control; performs housekeeping to support health/safety; participates in interdisciplinary team conferences; documentation per guidelines; duties expand per role (NA 1+4, NAII) with additional wound care, ostomy care, oxygen therapy setup, and IV-related tasks as specified; requires nursing assistant licensure and current CPR; minimum 1 year home care/geriatrics experience preferred. The role emphasizes compassionate end-of-life care, patient-family support, and adherence to professional standards and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
