Hospice Nurse Practitioner - (PRN)

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive hospice NP care in patients' homes, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings with a holistic approach addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Collaborate with family members and caregivers to tailor care plans, ensure compassionate, dignified end-of-life care, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Roles include clinical assessment, symptom management, care planning, and applying hospice/palliative care principles while traveling between multiple locations within the region; must hold an ARNP license with CPR certification and have access to reliable internet from home.
Required Qualifications
- Current ARNP license and/or ability to activate in the state in which you will be working.
- Active CPR certification.
- Hospice or palliative care experience.
- Two (2) years of verifiable experience working as a nurse (ARNP/RN/LPN), Hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and the ability to travel between multiple locations within your region.
- Home access to the internet.
