Hospice Medical Doctor

Conduct clinical visits for 80-100 home hospice patients and manage inpatient diagnostic imaging. Cover calls from team nurses and serve as "Doctor of the Day" to support daily hospice admissions. Work with admission nurses to determine eligibility, write certification of terminal illness statements, and decide on medication coverage. Provide initial hospice care until the primary team assumes responsibility. This role offers potential to blend with inpatient palliative care.
