Job Summary
Performs Licensed Massage Therapy assessments, develops a care plan to provide direction to the health team involved in the plan of care, and documents findings, plans, interventions, and outcomes for hospice patients. Communicates plans with physician and care team, and notifies office of schedule changes. Demonstrates exceptional service to patients, families, referral sources, and coworkers. Requires graduation from a Licensed Massage Therapy program with a current LMT license and at least two years of healthcare experience (hospice experience preferred); valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Schedule is PRN shifts 8a-5p, Monday-Friday. Location: Fayetteville, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Licensed Massage Therapy Program
- Current license/registration as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care field
- Hospice experience preferred
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile and insurance
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently
- Schedule: PRN shifts between 8a-5p Monday-Friday
