Hospice Marketing Representative

Job Summary
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and referral sources to strengthen relationships and increase awareness of hospice services. Deliver clear education on eligibility, philosophy, and referral processes through on-site presentations, community events, and in-services. Serve as a consultative resource for healthcare professionals regarding care transitions while tracking activities and follow-ups in CRM tools. Collaborate with intake, clinical leadership, and business development to support timely referrals and identify barriers to utilization. Stay current on hospice regulations and Medicare guidelines to ensure appropriate access to end-of-life care.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to both medical professionals and community audiences
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospice, home health, palliative care, senior living, or healthcare outreach
- Knowledge of hospice philosophy and Medicare guidelines
