Job Summary
Hospice Marketing Liaison responsible for building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources; educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services; serve as a compassionate resource for patients and families during referral and admission; document outreach activities and maintain accurate records; collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth transitions; monitor community needs to improve access to hospice care; service areas include Scottsdale and Fountain Hills, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience strongly preferred
