Job Summary
Hospice Marketing Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources; educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services; serve as a compassionate resource for patients and families during referral and admission; document outreach activities and maintain records; ensure messaging reflects dignity, comfort, and quality care; collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth transitions; monitor community needs to identify opportunities to improve access to hospice care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and public relations skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet outreach goals
- Reliable transportation, valid AZ driver’s license, and proof of insurance
