Hospice LPN Lafayette Kokomo

Provide direct patient and client care under Registered Nurse supervision, implementing the plan of care and evaluating responses to treatments and medications. Deliver specialized end-of-life care while assessing and educating patients and families on diagnosis and self-management. Document services accurately, coordinate hospice services with the interdisciplinary group, and maintain aseptic technique for equipment and supplies. Adhere to HIPAA privacy laws, use Personal Protective Equipment per Bloodborne Pathogens Standards, and demonstrate C.A.R.E. values in all interactions. Work Monday through Friday with nights free, earning competitive wages, mileage reimbursement, and access to medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.
