Job Summary
LPN in an inpatient hospice setting provides ongoing assessments of physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, documents services, collaborates with RN and physician, administers prescribed medications/treatments, supports bereavement care for families, and contributes to continuity of care across potential alternate facilities. Role supports a compassionate, Full Life Care for All approach with opportunities for CEU support and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida LPN License
- Valid Florida State Driver’s License
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- IV Therapy certification (current or willing to obtain within six months)
