Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
- 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients
- Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
