Job Summary
Implement current nursing practice following comprehensive assessments and care plans while providing accurate documentation of patient services. Assess and educate patients and families on diagnosis and self-care, then coordinate hospice services by reporting identified needs to the interdisciplinary group. Prepare equipment and supplies using aseptic technique and manage patient pain and symptoms, evaluating responses to treatments and medications. Requires current state LVN/LPN license, one year of experience, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes full-time Saturday/Sunday/Monday shifts from 8PM to 8AM in the Greater San Diego area.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an LVN/LPN
- One (1) year of experience working as an LVN/LPN
- Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured transportation
