Job Summary
Provides counsel to the Agency regarding community needs and collaborates on program development and policy creation. Acts as liaison to promote services, maintains compliance with local/state/federal laws, and builds strong relations with physicians, community agencies, and the Board of Directors. Works with administrative and supervisory personnel to guide programs, and develops public relations efforts to interpret and promote the Agency’s services; travel locally and maintain a flexible schedule. Includes environment of varying conditions and offices, with emphasis on coordination across departments to meet agency needs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred.
- Experience: Experience in the healthcare arena.
- Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of staff, the lay, and professional public, the Board of Directors, and the Medical Director.
