Job Summary
Hospice Liaison responsible for outside sales to referral sources in the Los Angeles area (Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and San Gabriel). Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas and conversion targets, generating qualified referrals to support census development, promoting Silverado’s hospice programs to medical professionals and the community, managing an assigned sales territory, maintaining a contact database, and building relationships with new and existing accounts. Requires travel within the territory, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; minimum of 2 years outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice/Home Health/Senior Living); bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Compensation includes competitive commissions and mileage reimbursement; benefits package offered. Offered pay range: $110,000—$120,000 USD per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living) required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
