Job Summary
Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources to meet sales quota and conversion ratio requirements. Generate qualified professional referrals that contribute to census development by promoting programs and services to medical professionals, civic groups, and the community through regular visits. Introduce and sell Hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals while maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts. Manage the sales territory and contact database effectively. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive to various locations including hospitals and clinics. Candidates must clear a criminal background check and physical and drug screening. Bachelor's degree and two years of outside sales experience in healthcare are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- prior Hospice Sales experience
- at least two years of outside sales
- preferably in healthcare
- Strong time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- reliable transportation
- willingness to drive to various locations in the community (hospitals, medical clinics etc.)
- Must clear a criminal background check
- physical and drug screening
