Job Summary
Hospice Liaison role building relationships with referral sources in community; acts as the face of Bristol Hospice, delivering outreach and presentations to current and prospective referral sources, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless care, and guiding patients and families to hospice services. Requires ability to communicate effectively with the general public, develop relationships with referral sources, and travel within the Bristol Hospice service area (mileage reimbursement provided). Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing/education training and relevant experience in hospice/home health/clinical liaison or medical sales. Travel is a core component, with some evenings and weekends to meet patient and family needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) year of sales, marketing, professional relations and/or education training required
- Experience in one of the following settings has prepared you for this role: hospice sales, home health sales, medical device sales, clinical liaison, RN liaison, clinical coordination or medical sales
- Flexible with scheduling including some evenings and weekends to ensure patients and families needs for hospice services can be met
