Job Summary
Hospice Inpatient RN at Empath Trustbridge Hospice in West Palm Beach. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team delivering patient-centered, compassionate care in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include coordinating care under the primary physician, assessing patient and family needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring comfort and dignity, maintaining confidentiality, and addressing concerns to support patient and family satisfaction. Must be a Florida-licensed RN with BLS; BSN and hospice certification preferred. Prior experience in public health, home nursing, oncology, medical/surgical, geriatric, or hospice nursing is preferred. Requires reliable transportation and Florida driver’s license. Shift is 7:00 am–7:30 pm with every other weekend. Full-time benefits include PTO, CEU support, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- BSN preferred
- Hospice certification preferred
