Hospice House, RN Staff Nurse - PRN

Observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions during rounds. Implement individualized Plans of Care and identify significant changes in resident status to take necessary action per facility policies. Monitor Certified Nurse Aides and oversee their performance. Discharge residents and complete Nursing Assessments for Physician Calls prior to contacting physicians. Communicate status updates to resident Point of Contacts and provide training to other staff as needed. Submit all documentation timely and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Medicare regulations. Utilize excellent customer care skills with internal and external customers.
