Hospice House, RN Staff Nurse - Nights

Conduct rounds to assess, document, and report resident conditions or changes. Implement individualized Plans of Care and identify significant changes requiring action per facility policies. Oversee and monitor Certified Nurse Aides, discharge residents, and complete nursing assessments for physician calls. Communicate status updates to resident Point of Contact and provide training to staff as needed. Submit all documentation timely and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and personnel policies. Utilize excellent customer care skills with internal and external customers. Night shift coverage from 7pm to 7am.
