Hospice House Nursing Assistant Part-Time

Conduct personal care (ADL) including bathing, feeding, elimination, and mobility assistance for hospice patients. Perform sterile wound care, ostomy management, and tracheostomy care as needed. Administer oxygen therapy, manage IV fluids, and perform suctioning. Execute housekeeping duties to maintain facility safety and cleanliness. Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and special care meetings. Maintain accurate clinical documentation per HPCCR guidelines and ensure current licensure and CPR certification.
