Hospice House, Certified Nurse Aide

Provide direct patient care under RN direction according to the Hospice Aide/Homemaker Plan of Care. Assist patients with safe transfers and ambulation per agency policy while practicing accepted infection control principles. Report and document pertinent information and care provided to ensure continuity of compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Promote positive, supportive communication with patients, families, and employees. Submit all documentation timely and perform other duties as required. Maintain confidentiality with high integrity and hold an unencumbered CNA license with at least one year of hospice or long-term care experience. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance are mandatory.
