Job Summary
The Hospice Home RN is responsible for planning, providing, supervising, and documenting hospice nursing care for patients. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families, as well as effective problem-solving abilities. A current NC RN license is mandatory, and a BSN is preferred. The position entails collaboration with the IDG Team and ensuring the comfort and dignity of patients while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NC license
