Hospice Home RN (Nights), Full-time

Provide in-patient facility nursing care per plan of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary group; administer and document medications per physician orders; accurately account for narcotics; implement and update the plan of care; delegate tasks and supervise LPNs and CNAs; educate patients and families to support safe care; monitor medical equipment and supplies; maintain confidentiality; participate in orientation and training of new staff; ensure compliance with ACHC standards and Medicare Conditions of Participation; follow agency policies and procedures and communicate concerns to supervision; demonstrate professionalism, empathy, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a 3-12 hour shift schedule with weekends and holidays.”,
