Job Summary
Provide personal care by assisting patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and assist with mobility transfers. Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to follow individualized care plans. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes in Washington and Greene counties.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of patient care experience
- Experience in hospice
