Job Summary
Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients per their individualized care plan. Work collaboratively with the Hospice Home team to achieve patient care goals while maintaining the comfort, privacy, and dignity of patients. Report pertinent information to leadership promptly. The successful candidate will possess a caring attitude, strong customer service skills, and an ability to multitask.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide Registry
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
