Job Summary
Conduct physical and psychosocial assessments and electronically document visit occurrences for MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care patients in both community and facility settings. Develop and implement nursing plans of care and make recommendations based on patient needs. Work one weekend per month and function in a backup on-call capacity 2-3 times monthly, with car and escort service available for shifts. Requires NYS RN license, driver's license, and 2+ years of experience in med/surg, community health, or oncology nursing. Offers free online RN to BSN and MSN degree programs, tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, and two retirement plans.
