Job Summary
Conduct physical and psychosocial assessments for MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care patients in community and facility settings, then electronically document visit occurrences. Develop and implement nursing plans of care while making recommendations based on individual patient needs. Work one weekend per month and function in a backup on-call capacity 2-3 times monthly, with car and escort service provided for shifts. Requires an RN license, NYS driver's license, and 2+ years of experience in med/surg, community health, or oncology. We offer free online RN to BSN and MSN degree programs, tuition reimbursement, and a generous paid time off policy.
