Job Summary
Conduct physical and psychosocial assessments for MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care patients in community and facility settings while electronically documenting visit occurrences. Develop and implement nursing plans of care and make recommendations based on patient needs. Work one weekend per month and function in a backup on-call capacity 2-3 times per month, with car and escort service available for shifts. Requires an NYS RN license, NYS driver's license, and 2+ years' experience in med/surg, community health, or oncology nursing.

- Associates/Diploma from an accredited school of Nursing
- BSN
- 2+ years' experience in a med/surg, community health, and/or oncology nursing setting
